Ok, you have kids playing high schools and college sports, congrats, so you should know how harmful words can be to these young developing sports players. again my point is, I would just like to see you use better wording in your post, no hard feelings the best to your kids and there sports careers. We can agree to disagree.

You are missing ( WHOLE ) the point, I do not believe you have kids playing high school sports either, but my point is, there are other ways to be critical of high schools players. Then saying they are horrible, terrible, awful, try using works such as need improvement, need to develop, get better, keep working, these are constructive words which aren't received by high school players as hurtful, and degrading, Remember these are 15-18 year old's kids, not adults. I agree with free speech, but why all the venom, and ill will?

Look internet tough guy, please try using constructive words like struggled, need work, need to get better, things like this, remember the players read these boards, and they are only high school kids, not college or pro's. which is a whole different ball game. It's clear you don't have any kids playing high school sports, thank GOD, but try and be a little more constructive on these boards, please, remember the players are trying there best, and sometimes it's tough. thank you. BTW NCC line isn't horrible, they'll be fine in district play, best of luck to the Breds.

Ok, here is my weekly review for what I saw this weekend in high school football. A few friends and I ended up going to the SK/Cooper game. I didn't realize Cooper had so many kids hurt an out. SK is a very big and talented team, but the one young man who stood out to me was the #4 Winkler kid, about 7-8 catches, for 120 yards or so, and 2 TD's what an athlete, #12 the Powell kid looked very good as well, both players make everything look so easy. Winkler is the best hands down receiver in NKY. Any college program will be lucky to get this young man. SK has to be the fav. to win 6a, because of there depth, and overall talent. Having said that, I also went to the Dixie/NCC game. The best football player on the field was the #58 Machlitt kid of Dixie. I had seen him play against Beechwood, already and he was outstanding that night, but on Sat. he looked to be on a different planet. This young man looked like a video game in real life. He had to have 4-5 sacks, 7-8 tackles for loss, and seemed to be in almost every single tackle of the game. The thing that was so impressive about this young man is it was very hot, and he played both ways. I though he did a good job at Off. guard as well. He's hands down the best DE in NKY though. What schools are looking at him? I realize he has #76 Johnson with him as well, and both players are difference makers, but Machlitt was outstanding on Sat. his motor never stopped, very impressive. I do think SK will end up beating Dixie because of depth issues though on the Dixie side, but it was funny to watch such good football players this weekend, it was worth every penny spent. It's what high school football is all about. Save me a front row seat for the SK/Dixie game.

I would agree with this too. I think Cooper and Scott will be a good game, don't think either team could beat the likes of Highlands, Cov. Cath. SK, Dixie, CC, or Beechwood. again JMO.

I have seen every team this season, except SK, and Scott, that I thought would beat Cooper, this includes Cooper, just don't think they are as good as you think they are. JMO.

I'll say this about Cooper, they play hard, but think SK, Cov. Cath. Highlands, CC, Dixie, Beechwood, and MAYBE Scott would beat Cooper. At least Scott vs. Cooper should be a great game yet to come.
