Zajac 18 carries for 61 yards, 6 receptions for 60 yards for a total of 121 yards. Boone Armstrong 20 carries for 166, 1 reception for 0, for a total of 166 yards. Zajac 12 carries for 120 yards, ( 10YPC ) with 2 receptions for 30 yards, for a total of 150 yards, touching the ball 7 less times in those two games, WINNER, ZAJAC, I'm glad you asked.

KHSAA has him with 6 carries 23 yards, so 4 yards average, against a THEN healthy, very good Cov. Cath team. How many yards did Armstrong have against Cov. Cath??? Oh, that's right Cooper played Grant County. Congrats!

Please, if you know anything about the game of football, it's all about what you do against good competition, Armstrong has got ALMOST ALL his yards against sub par teams, put Zajac against those same teams and the same amount of carries, and he's the same or better then Armstrong. Armstrong is fast, but isn't even close to the power runner Zajac is between the tackles, which I prefer any day or a pure speed back. We can agree to disagree, it's OK.

What a great night for football. Let me start by saying, if this had been a fight, it would have been stopped after the first round. No disrespect to Cooper, I do think they have a nice team, but Dixie is playing on a completely different level. I hate it when people get on here and say how bad a team is, or looks. How about giving credit where credit is due, Dixie IS just this good. Thought Dixie looked VERY fast, and physical up front. #7, #27,#76, #58, #33 could and would start on ANY team in NKY. The way the playoffs are set this year, I really think this Dixie team can get to Western, KY and play for ALL the marbles, will they, who knows, but at this point, I sure wouldn't be betting against them, Dixie is rolling, and at the right time. Looked like both teams came out injury free as well, which is a great thing. Best of luck to both team going forward.

from what I've been hearing, IF Ryle played Beechwood, they'd beat them by 70, Beechwood would never stop Ryle's rushing attack, way to big, and strong for the tigers.

The only time Cooper scored was at the end of the game with Dixie's backup's in, It sounds like you talked to sk#1 about this game, and didn't watch it yourself. It wasn't that close, as bad as you two want to make it out to be, and that's the REAL truth, good griff.

Funny , I saw that scrimmage too. and FYI . When both teams went the first 10 plays each way. Dixie scored 3 TD's, while Cooper had about neg. 40-50 yards offense. It's funny you get on these boards and talk, but at least tell the truth, geez!

I think Dixie is only worried about this season right now, focus on the moment. Why would you care about Dixie after this season, there no longer in sk's district next year. I'd be worried about your neers against Ryle next year, who will be a lot better, with all the young players they play, I'd be very worried about Ryle next year.

I have a serious question for you sk#1, why wouldn't you give Dixie credit, and hope they beat everyone they play, because they are the only team to beat SK, I don't understand your logic? I'll give you credit you fight for your team. I would be saying these same things had SK, or CC or Ryle beat Dixie. I like 6A football the best in NKY, and think each year it's the BEST Div. top to bottom, most of the time, to each his own Birdman. I'm not arguing with you any more. Dixie lost to Cov. Cath week one, Ryle lost to Cooper week one, teams get better or worse as the season progresses. I think you're crazy if you think Dixie's coaching staff would allow senior night to be won or lost by it's JV players, the soph. and jr's. Dixie will play it's Seniors until this game is decided, no way you want to go into the playoffs on a losing note. Dixie 42 Cooper 6. Now if Cooper decides not to play most of it's starters, then this game will get really ugly, and fast!
