  1. Actually if you go back and read all of the posts Henry was the first to mention Premier.
  2. Kentucky Premier is the top exposure team in Kentucky and known nationwide to have top talent. They have young teams that play but the exposure teams are their primary focus. They work for scholarships for the kids and never reaally worry about self glory. If you can play Premier is where you want to be.
  3. Chandler Rowe had a great season this year. He ran for 1,945 yards while scoring 27 TD's. He started a few games his freshman season and has started the last two seasons. Junior Season - Chandler Rowe highlights
  4. Shelby Valley is a solid team that plays very hard the entire game. They are made up of a few seniors, a bunch of juniors and a few sophomores. Do not underestimate this team, they are hard nosed and will not back down. They have been the underdog since the beginning of the season where they were ranked 3rd/4th in their own district. When this group was in middle school they took Belfry to 6 OT's in post season.
  5. Shelby Valley runs a modified wing T offense and they do it pretty good. They have a physical line that creates holes for their backs. Their defense is very physical and surprisingly quick, they run a 3 front and walk up the OLB's. They do not pass much but have been effective with the pass in post season. SV has two backs that have ran for over 1,500 yards each. They control the clock and force teams out of their comfort zones.
  6. #23 and #3 were the 4th graders, they also played with Kentucky Premier 4th grade team.
  7. West Virginia Thunder 5th grade team that won nationals had two 4th grade girls from Kentucky on their team. Both from Pike County.
