This game was tight all the way. And it had a lot going on: - Webster had 3rd and 35, 3rd and 24 and 3rd and 20…all on separate drives in the 1st quarter - Jacob Wease set the career pass yards record for Trigg in the second quarter, then left the game shortly after with a elbow or shoulder injury to his throwing arm - Kelsey Parham (Trigg RB) had 3 or 4 runs of at least 30+ yards called back due to penalties - Webster County kicker Timothy Maddox Caitlin booms a 54 yard FG in the 3rd quarter to pull Webster within one - Trigg threw only 2 passes (from what I recall) after Wease’s injury, one being a 20ish yard heave after a 12+ second scramble from Jerimyah Shearer to Ivey Redd to put Trigg up 7 in the fourth quarter - Lots of penalties; I lost count False starts, holds and personal fouls/unsportsmanlike flags were plentiful This game was both entertaining and tough to watch at the same time. I could go on, but…phew. And I’ll stop right there.

Score doesn’t describe how ugly this one was. RVK with a load of rebuilding to do.
