  1. 2. They play the National Anthem at the beginning of the session ie before Boone/St Henry. 3. Welcome to BGP. Thanks, back after a few years, and did not realize that about the National Anthem. Figured they would play before each game since most of the people for Ryle and NDA may not have arrived until after the Boone/St. Henry game. Personally, I would like to see before each game.
  2. Jordan Rahschulte was the star of the game tonight. And can somebody explain to me why, especially at a state tournament playoff game, the National Anthem was not played prior to this game? I find that very offensive.
  3. Straight from the St. Pius Bulletin - obviously there is a discrepancy in the way each high school views the "district" boundaries and "feeder" school definitions. Personally, I agree with other posts that they don't exist if an 8th grade has registered with a certain high school and since there is no out of district tuition: Covington Catholic’s Middle School Track and Field Team is getting ready to start the 2012 season and is looking for athletes! All boys 6th-8th grade attending a Diocesan school are eligible to participate.[/B] No previous track or field experience is required. An informational and sign up meeting for parents and athletes will be held at Covington Catholic on Monday, February 27th at 7:00 pm. Information on practice schedule, meet schedule, etc. will be covered at the meeting. If you have any questions, please contact Coach Charles Whalen at [email protected] or 859 307 9333.
  4. Everything above is a problem that each high school's administration needs to handle - if they are allowing it, then they cannot complain about it.
