Louisville needs to do very little, if anything different offensively. Nice drive.

3:40 left in the first quarter, Jawhar Jordan with a one yard touchdown run, Louisville 7 Kentucky 0.

Good defensive start Cards!

This should be a good one. Hard to go against Mayfield after beating Beechwood and LCA consecutively. Could be wrong, good luck to both teams!

I think Boyle County wins, they have been very good all season and I really believe they are the best team in the state of everyone. I also believe Covington Catholic is very good and that their defense is great. I don’t think this is going to be lopsided. Good luck to both teams!

I believe that both teams are more than capable of winning, just a matter of which one will. I’m going to pick Cooper to bring their first state championship home. Regardless of winner, this should be a close and very good football game.

Congratulations to Mayfield on advancing to the state championship and to Beechwood on a great season. Beechwood will be back.

What a football game! Glad I chose to come to this. It had the feel that it was either’s game until the end. I don’t know how many players depart from PT after this year, but based on what I watched tonight I have a feeling they are around to stay. Congratulations to Covington Catholic on advancing to the state championship and to Paducah Tilghman on an amazing season.

Well, guess my preseason and early season pick was right about who would make the state championship game. I really thought Highlands would as the season went on. Congratulations to Cooper on a huge win, now win the rest of it!

Can I just say I absolutely HATE when teams line up in shotgun in short yardage situations?
Yes and at all levels.

This is definitely anyone’s ballgame at this point.

That false start penalty was a crusher.
-
CC has really turned things on near the end of the second quarter.
-
What a defensive stand by PT. Don’t blame CC for going for it after PT jumped.
-
Colonels definitely needed that fumble.
-
Impressive drive by PT, CC needs to respond back.

Cold one out tonight, should be a good game! First time at Park Hills for a game in a couple years.

Mizz’s two loses were to LSU and Georgia. Two teams in the top 25. While it is 2 losses, those 2 are much better than Louisville’s one lost to a 3 win team in Pitt
I know what you’re saying, but it is what it is. Ever since the playoff started the power conferences were dubbed as they are and the ACC is one of them. Doesn’t matter which is overall better than the other, it’s an is what is situation. At least the four team playoff isn’t far from being done.

Not that it’s very relevant but I might have Louisville above Missouri.
Not with UL horrible loss to a terrible Pitt team, no way.
Two losses is more than one and at this point of the season it’s a difference maker.
Anyone realistic knew Louisville was going to lose a game and probably thought more from NC State on, Louisville fans included. Pitt just happened to be the one, but they are better overall as a team since then.

A lot of people are thinking Oregon is going to beat Washington which is possible obviously, but I think Washington’s chances of winning again aren’t as our there as everyone thinks. What would be chaotic is Washington losing to Washington State for the Apple Cup. I don’t see it happening, but it is rivalry weekend. Stranger things have happened.
-
I’m not surprised that Washington took the #4 spot. Kind of surprised it didn’t happen before. The top four will shake itself out after Michigan and Ohio State play and depending on what else happens. Not that it’s very relevant but I might have Louisville above Missouri.

Never a truer word spoken, Brohm knows he can go 1-11 as long as he wins the Governor's Cup. But we have all seen this year, I doubt he will go 1-11 ever at the Ville.
No, that would never be the case. But it is still crazy to think they will be 11-1 if they beat Kentucky Saturday and it’s only Brohm’s first year. No one expected this and I truly believe they didn’t.

Christmas came early for Philadelphia, that pass by Mahomes to the end zone was money but just dropped. I’m glad that the Eagles won though.
