This was a stupid move on Mercer Countys part. Coach Cundiff at times may not be the easiest to get a long with, but all that aside is a great basketball coach. You name me one coach that has ever had success and not ruffled some feathers? The bottom line is Cundiff wanted to WIN and didnt care who he made mad along the way. If it wasn't for Jared Polson ( a preferred walk-on at uk) he would have been playing in Rupp this year. So to justify this firing is crazy...

The Eagles moved to 3-0 with a 4-1 win over Adair Co. Bethlehem trailed 1-0 going in the 6th inning when they finally got on the board with 1 run, then in the 7th inning added 3 more to take command of the game. Junior Travis Reed got his first varsity start on the mound and only gave up 2 hits in 4 innings of work. Then sophomore Brandon Ray went the last 3 innings and only gave up 1 hit.

Bethlehem has replaced 7 starters off last years team and has gotten off to a 2-0 start this year. But have they really played anybody yet?
