  1. He does have some serious talent and it is so tempting to invest in it.

I think the Browns will hold on to him through the suspension and if they are not satisfied with his effort by 2016, they will try to trade him. Why just cut him when the don't have to pay him until after the suspension and they may be able to get something for him?

They will hold on to him they don't have to pay him next year and they don't lose the time of his rookie contract so they have him cheap.

  2. I look at it like this. The Browns have had a good season, but it is obvious Hoyer's ceiling is low. Not sure Manziel has a high ceiling, but they drafted him to take that gamble. The Browns have won some games, but Hoyer is not exactly dominating the competition. He's had some lackluster performances, even in wins. 1 TD to 6 INTs the last 4 games is all you need to know.

Agree at some point you have to see what Manziel can do they used a first rd pick on him.

Hoyer had his chance Cleveland surely don't want to sign a Dalton type to long term contract. lol

  3. Why don't they just outlaw the sales of toy guns we buy a kid a toy gun say here go play with it (guns are not toys) so they go around pointing it and shooting everyone. So by chance they find a real gun what do they do the samething as a toy gun. Would really like to see one of the big toy companies step up and say we no longer are going to make toy guns.

    Just IMO

  4. Yes the Bengals played bad but the Browns played well good play calling, secondary was strong and the line on both sides of ball played well. I was listen to 1530 yesterday they had Phil Sims on he talked about how fired up tthe Browns were for this game.

Being a Browns fan I say they played a good all around game.

Being a Bangals fan I would have to say they just flat out stunk.

Did anyone else find it interesting that Manzel didn't come in for their last series????

  5. He is a prototype QB for NFL, but his decision process is not there you can say it's his first full year but he has played a lot of FB over the years. Seen where some said he needs to get rid of ball faster from what I've seen of him he throws before WR make cuts or even turn (could be pressure). I'm pulling for him but I'm begining to wonder if he will even be the QB at KY next year.

    Best of luck PT

  6. Who said it helps them to become a better team? I believe someone mentioned that it helps the program because of younger kids getting Varsity time. That is definitely True. They don't care that it's Ludlow, they look forward to these games.

You don't have to get fired up, but as the article from 2004 pointed out, you need to maintain your focus and execute. Its like a good practice. You don't have to get fired up for it, but you better be focused and have great practices leading into New Cath and the Playoffs.

I agree about the other teams you mention samething, just don't see players staying focused and excuting when it's to easy but thats the coaches job.

  7. It's not bad to show support for Officer Wilson but in this sense he was being inciteful and that was proven by the comments coming from these fans that he was a part of. IMO with the tensions going on in the St. Louis area it is inciteful to wear a makeshift shirt/jersey with Wilson put on the back of it. It's screaming "look at me" and is designed to get a reaction from people. IMO there are more productive ways to show support for Officer Wilson and in this instance he is inciting anger in the same sense as Al and Jesse.

If he was really trying to support Officer Wilson in a productive manner he'd have told those other folks to shut up and that they were making Wilson supporters look bad.

    Well said!!!
