It's to late in the season to be trying to save someone, but that probably is the excuse the coach will use.

The bobble in the end zone didn't cost Garrard the game. It was the sorry play calling by the OC that cost them the game. Wonder what excuses the coach will make this week for not getting the ball to his best playmaker? They need to buy the coaching for dummies book and read it. They are a joke. What a joke this season has been for the Garrard players. Garrard County seems to always hire the wrong people to lead our young men and women. This football coach hiring doesn't look any different than some of the others. WHAT A JOKE!!

I think the coaches need their head examined when you have your best offensive weapon running plays in and out for the offense. He(Ray) is probably the second best offensive player in that area and the stats show last night he carried the ball 4 times. That is a joke. I was at the game last night and the offensive play calling was a joke too. Good luck the remainder of the games, because they will need it with the play calling they had last night. What a joke!!!!

I couldn't think of the other kids name(Hayes) that ran the ball. They are a nice pair of runners. I believe I would put the Ray kid at QB and I would make the defense stop Ray and Hayes. They would have the ball 80% of the time.

I was looking at their season stats on one website and one kid has 50 more touches running the ball for less yards than Tyler Ray. Knowing something about football, that doesn't add up to being successful on offense. The games I have watched, Tyler Ray is by far their best option at moving the ball on offense. I believe I would have lined him up at quarterback and spread the field.

From the Garrard games that I have watched this year, if they don't find a way to get Tyler Ray the ball more in this game it could be an easy win for Lincoln County.

Steve Stonebraker hasn't coached at Garrard for two years. I believe he is the receivers coach at Centre College.

I didn't mean for it to sound like I was dissing Magoffin's football team. They are 5-1 and that is great. I was just making a comment on how the AP polls are ranked. I knew why they were ranked #7. Their record. Good luck the rest of the season.

How is Magoffin County ranked # 7. They have only played 1A and 2A schools. It is possible that they could end up 3rd or 4th in their district.
