The Shining Star Sports - McFarland 17U played very well this past weekend as they went 6-1 and finished in the final four of the gold bracket. This included two big wins over the Michigan Mustangs (Keith Appling and Alex Gauna - Michigan St. commits) and Spiece Mokan, who beat Mac Irvin Fire.
