  1. Terrance demonstrated quickly at Paris that coaching does indeed make a difference. He truly understands the game!

I've always been a big fan and have nothing but respect for him.

The man embodies everything that a fine coach should be.

Tough loss for the Lady Hounds, but a great hire for Berea - Best of Luck to him!

I agree 100%.....Well said Mustang. Took his team last year to the All "A" and not the even favorite.

  2. I agreed in my post when I said no Bench developed has to be the coaches fault. If we did not play younger girls last year, we don't have a team. Obviously, you know more about this years team because I did not realize alot of girls quit. Most got plenty of playing time so fill me in. Why would they quit? Yes, the Butler played but who did we have better? All of the upper class girls played and played alot.

Interesting that this is coming out of Mason Co. Is the girls program that messed up? I thought they had things right. After all, look at the boys success. It goes to show you that the coach is veerrryyy important for program success.

  4. Give it a rest and let the coaches coach!!!

If a person dedicates his / her time to the kids on a regular basis for practices and games he or she should have final say on everything. If a parent does not like it, then they need to put aside there life and dedicate their time to the team and submit their resume and coach. You can't do both.
