North makes 1-2 and Clay County gets the ball but comes down and misses. North gets the rebound and gets fouled with 10.6 remaining. North leads 52-50. First is missed. Second is made. 53-50 North.

I would be in favor of teams getting 3 free throws in the final minute of a game if you are in the double bonus. I hate when teams do this, I know it's strategy but the huge shots for the tie or the win are part of what make basketball fun.

Clay County gets the foul with 5.7 left. North will be at the line for two. North's gets 1 of 2. Clay's shot at the buzzer misses and North gets the rebound to seal their first trip to Rupp in school history.

Was listening to the Corbin radio station's broadcast and they spoke as if the foul was not one that was necessarily called for from the bench.
