Everyone for NDA played well, but there's only one MVP per game and that was Rehschulte. When Hannah Thelen got in early foul trouble, this girl came in a picked up the entire team. Every basket she made was huge. You could sense a Ryle run the entire 2nd half and it seemed Jordan would cross over and get to the rim. They had no answer for her. That being said, the straw that stirs the drink is Chandler Clark. I'm more impressed every time I see her play. She's probably in my top my most intense players I've ever seen play. Never takes a play off. She's like a gnat that just won't go away. She gets the ball up the floor and blows by people. This is a nice team and Boone is going to have their hands full. Coach Levandusky can coach her you know what off. Nicole vs. Nell, get used to it NKY.

I agree 100% with regards to Jordan!!! Definitely the offensive star of the game.

 

For defense, what about Elle Ogle. She shut down Crittenden until late in the 4th quarter (garbage time). Where ever Jenna went, Elle was right there with her. I think I even saw Elle follow her to the water cooler when she was out and got a drink. :lol:

 

I also think Ms. Ogle played a wonderful offensive game as well. We left with about 2 minutes left in the game so I don't know how they finished up, however, I thought Ogle out scored her as well. I was just really impressed with how she did against Crittenden.

 

Congrats NDA and good luck agains the Rebels!!!

I'm getting it from all sides, my wife, who knows more about the game than I do, said the exact same thing. Ok, I stand corrected, there are two MVP's. Ellie was incredible with the way she shut down Crittenden. I'm sure she did a double take under her bed last night to make sure Ellie was not there.

I do not see Ryle enough to say anything definitively but there's always something in the back of my mind that makes me wonder about them. They play hard. Have some really nice talent. Something didn't click.

Agreed. They seemed to underachieve a bit the past 3-4 years. I thought they were the most talented team in the 9th during that period, but the most talent doesn't always win. They always seemed a bit disjointed. Congrtas to them on having a great season.
