July 16, 201214 yr Very fair deal in my opinion. I probably gave up a hair to much but Putz was killing my ERA and Konerko is in a pretty big slump (RBI and BA wise in July). I agree, it's pretty fair overall.

July 18, 201214 yr Shopping a bat for a high quality arm. Anyone can be had for the right deal, there are certain players I wouldn't move for any pitcher, ie Trout, McCutchen, Pedrioa. But I have plenty of other really high quality offensive players that can be had.

Folks should be beating down my door. I put ekubum in first place and now Hammer is reaping the benefits. You folks better jump on in before it's too late.

Don't remember how I got McCutchen (would have to look) but that's a HUGE factor as well.
