January 21, 201214 yr OK I just started watching season 1 on Showtime On Demand. I'm up to the episode where Debbie steals the baby. Can't wait to catch up. And after "seeing" Emmy Rossum in this I'll never be able to watch Phantom of the Opera again.
January 23, 201214 yr Just watched last weeks episode with only the episode from last night left. I'm totally hooked. I just hope the US version doesn't follow the Brit version with regards to the main characters. Now that this show has made me decide that I will subscribe to Showtime once my free trial expires (which will be just before the season finale of Shameless) I'm looking at other programs. I have the entire first season of Homeland recorded (you gotta love On Demand) and have heard great things about it. Between HBO (True Blood, Boardwalk Empire, Game of Thrones) and Showtime Sunday has to be the best night of TV there is.
January 30, 201214 yr Time to bump this one back to the top. A few questions for thought. Is the baby Lip's? If not is Lip the baby's brother? How long before Ethel "comes out of her shell"? Is Fiona headed for a meltdown? How much more self centered can they make Frank? I though trying to keep his "girlfriend" to scared to go out of the house was pretty low but doesn't even compare with what he did to Dottie.
January 30, 201214 yr The current Sunday night lineup on Showtime is must see TV. Shameless, House of Lies, and Californication is an awesome 2 hours.Shameless best show on TV the last 2 years, Showtime and Starz putting HBO to shame of late.
January 30, 201214 yr I didn't realize this was a remake of a British series until I spotted it on Netflix. I haven't watched either, just didn't know that.
