Trinityled 13-3 and 33-11 early. A long night on both ends of the court for the Jags.

A 2-14 first half (14.3 percent) for the Jags, as opposed to a 16-26 effort by Trinity (61.5 percent), aided by a 17-5 advantage on the glass. Starters pulled at the 3:13 2Q mark, down 30-11.

 

Easily the worst effort out of the Jags this season, termed "embarrassing" by Coach Jim Conway, Trinity is better than I expected, having replaced so many key players. Classy by Szabo to resist the temptation to really make it look bad.

A surprise it was so lopsided.

 

Something about the Shamrocks and Lexington, they need to play all their home games at LexCath with the success they have had there recently.

 

Remember they beat Mayo's Rose Hill team there, won a few two years ago there and won the title there last year.
