Wasn't Christian County supposed to be way down this year?

I really think that once you get past the top 2 or 3 teams in KY this year, there's a pretty sizeable dropoff. That's just one old football guy's opinion, though. Sure, there will be the occasional upset or clunker of a game thrown in by a really good team, but overall I'm not seeing a big number of hugely talented teams.

Yes that lost a boat load like so many of the ranked teams did last year.

Rowan County isn't playing good basketball yet. They'll pull it together in a few weeks.
