Congrats to the Pandas. They did what they needed to do to win. Walton missed several lay-ups and were out-hustled by the Pandas. Seemed like every loose ball went to the Pandas. Walton looked tired. It was a battle and tonight the Pandas came out on top.

Let me clarify my "tired" statement. I probably should have stated that WV looked less conditioned than ND. Somewhat surprising after all the extra-curricular conditioning that Walton did. ND just dug deeper and won.

Fun game to watch. The game could have gone either way. The referees did a great job tonight. I believe that the Bearcats went up by 4 to start the 4th quarter and then the Pandas responded with a "run" that put them up by 5 or 6. Both teams will continue to improve. I still think that Walton will be the team to beat in the 8th and NDA will continue to improve as the volleyball and soccer players make the transition to basketball.
