Covington Catholic vs. Harrison County Prediction

Featured Replies

CovCath is 6-3 in head to head competition against Harrison County, with the last meeting being in 2005 when CovCath defeated Harrison County by a score of 17/14 @ CovCath in the first round of the KHSAA playoffs.

CovCath is currently 5-2 with victories over Campbell County, Dixie, Beechwood, Boone County and Pendleton County, while Harrison County is 1-6 with their lone victory over Grant County.

CovCath should defeat the Thorobreds but then again, games are played on the field and not on BGP's!

Personally and I know some CovCath fans are too looking for some information about the Harrison County Football Stadium as we have heard some very nice things about the place. Any and all information about the stadium would be appreciated from parking, seating, to concession food!

Last two Track Regionals were held at Harrison County's Stadium. Since the Colonels were there, some fans may remember it. Nice stadium, natural grass, all seating is on the same side of the field. The stadium is tall/higher than your home stands. Simular to Connor's. Loads of parking. You shouldn't be disappointed.

I've only been to Harrison County's football stadium once, which was quite a while back. From what I remember of it, it was pretty nice. As far as the game is concernd, the Colonels should win big.

Covington Catholic 56-12.

Of course I will take the Colonels in this match up==but really dislike this schedule: start out facing strong opponents, then heading towards play offs facing weaker teams.

I think the KHSAA dictates what weeks you play district games. There is only one other good team in the district so the EOY games for 4A will be less than stellar in NKY.

Other than 6A where everyone seems pretty close this is the case for all NKY powers.
