A couple of others that I hear fans saying were missed calls:

 

Same with a screen pass. In high school the linemen can be downfield as long as the pass is behind the LOS (I think).

Reading the official NFHS rules this one does not jump out. But here is where someone validated article 12 of Rule 7-5:

So linemen can be downfield on a screen pass.

Here are a couple more that come up that are sources of confusion:

- Covered tackles - do tackles (last ineligible player on the line) have to be 'covered' with TE or wide-out that is actually on the line? Or do you just have to have 7 on the line?

- Eligible receivers - I believe there is no 'tackle eligible' check in now. You have to be properly numbered to be eligible - true? Did this change with the A-10 rules a couple of years ago?
