When the teams line up, this game will be close and will stay that way for a while. Then the captains will meet at midfield for the coin toss........

Bowling Green in a walk

Purples keep-a-rollin'. Right up until they play for the title in their own back yard.

As the late, great Monie Beard used to say, "...and the freight train just keeps on a-rollin'!!":lol::lol:

Awww...the late great Monie Beard and a guy named Bulldog....They both can be quoted as saying "....and the freight train just keeps on a-rollin!!"......

Bowling Green wins this one. Our guys are looking better and better every game!!!

Logan County is one of three teams Bowling Green has played more than 10 times and never lost to, the other two being Elizabethtown and Greenwood. Logan County has only been remotely close once, losing by 10 in the 1998 semis. Other than that, the Cougars have never been within 21 points of the Purples. The last two times they played, the Purples won by 70 and 60 points. Look for more of that on Friday.

Bowling Green 70-12.

Seriously, I believe Auburn once beat Bowling Green many years ago.

BG is 1.1 pts behind HHS in the LIT ratings. They need a BIG win and a close game by HHS to take over the #1 spot (assuming T doesn't jump right to it). Good luck Purples!

Predicition: As Mr.T onece said,"PAIN".

I had no idea you were old enough to remember that.....

1922- Auburn 13 BGHS 0...BGHS won the next five in the series, which was last played in 1928

Good call, guys...it was Alma Mater's second game ever! They played later in the season and the Purples won at the Warren Co Fairgrounds for their first win ever.:thumb::D
