Who wins this match up? Thoughts and predictions.

Central has won 9 straight versus Barren County. They have not scored less than 39 points in those games. They haven't allowed more than 19 points in those games, and that was one time - all the others they allowed 7 or less.

 

Barren County has improved this year, but they are nowhere near Central's level. The Dragons could probably name the score, but won't because they'll use the game to work on different aspects of their game, just like every year.

No way Barren scores 20pts, will be lucky to score at all. They (Barren) are extremely slow on offense and defense, and their QB is as bad as I've seen in while... with WC's speed this game will be over half way through the 1st qtr.

Typically Barren gets one score against the subs if they get one. Prior to last year, they had been shut out two straight years. The score last year was against the subs and probably only because Central didn't get the running clock.

 

If Franklin-Simpson, Fort Campbell, and Meade County could only score 13 combined, I just don't see enough flukes to get Barren County 20 points.
