Yes we do disagree, Shawn was willing to fund the majority of it, he just didn't want to give it away.

 

Gee I agree with Guru too. Shawn was willing to fund the wide majority of the field with the rest coming from the BCBOE or private funding. It would have saved the BCBOE a ton of money over the long haul but some very short sighted folks said no....
