Who wins and why?

Close game in my opinion, but Walton has a good coaching staff that have bonded together and know their kids very well, so I give them the edge

Bearcats are in for another tough battle this week. Henry is very athletic and will test the Bearcats on both sides of the ball.

Henry Co. defense definitely has some work to do before they challenge anyone on that side of the ball. Offense was adequate for opening game with a new QB. Linebackers have got to play downhill and D ends can't take themselves out of plays by rushing up field 5-6 yards. DB's must challenge every pass play. Special teams were below average. Why squib the kickoff and give excellent field position to your opponent every time? Give your kids a chance to make a play.

I think the Bearcats will learn from last week and get back to their winning ways. :thumb:

Don't forget that North Oldham is a pretty decent ball club. So it really isn't too surprising that if Henry is rebuilding that they looked a little sloppy in Week 1. A lot of teams have week 1 hiccups. However I would think Henry would have the edge in this one b/c coaches can't play the game. Who is to say that Henry's coaching staff hasn't "bonded" well also? Henry is a bigger school with more athletes--not to say Walton doesn't have athletes--but Henry should be able to produce a little more size and that could hurt Walton up front. Don't know too much about Henry, but I'm gonna lean towards them in this one since Walton proved me wrong last week. I will probably get some egg thrown at me since this seems to be a pro Walton posting--and a few I told ya so's if they win.. Interested to see the result considering it is in Verona.....
