NKY's second female kicker at Dayton HS

Featured Replies

Nicole's first PAT attempt last Friday was blocked. It is tough for a kicker of either gender to be successful if the defensive line is waiting for you at the kicking tee. Her second kick was successful, although a little low. With good coaching on her form, practice, and repeated attempts in game day situations, she should be able to learn to elevate those short kicks. I also noticed that she did not kick off.

Does she get to play when not injured?

Maybe on some special teams. We have known this young lady for a long time. She actually played at each level throughout the BC pee wee league, I beleive she has been playing for at least 8 years. She has a great attitude and just wants a chance to play.
