I heard over the weekend at KBA that Southwestern added a kid from North Laurel(point guard maybe) and a stud from Jackson County also. Any truth to these rumors and does anyone have any names and background info on this situation if these rumors are true?

There is a new addition from N. Laurel on Southwestern's team. He is a freshman and his dad was hired as assistant coach. He played this weekend on the JV and some varsity. As far as the kid from Jackson Co. I don't know? It was rumored he was coming last year but that never happened.

I would say yes. From reading this thread I would take it that Fox is the JC boy who transferred to Dixie.

No one has left Somerset for Southwestern this year. Taylor Gover, Tyler Goins, and Spencer Laign all left Somerset and went to Pulaski their Freshman year (Goins left 8th grade year). They will all be Juniors this year.

These next three years of basketball are going to be know as the "what if..." years at Somerset. They lost a lot of talent. I could have been something special, but we will never know.

If I am not mistaken Somerset just picked up a few transfers from Southwestern this past week or so?
