The man shouldn't have shot at the kid BUT why was the kid out roaming the streets after 10 PM?

Being a kid !! We used to play outside that late and not have to worry about getting shot by a guy with a shotgun especially around Halloween .

Actually, he wasn't. The incident happened somewhere between 9 and 9:30, with the police being called around 9:30 and arriving between 9:30 & 9:45.

I did too (In the West End of Louisville I might add). Unfortunately that was then, this is now. I don't think the kid should have been shot but I still believe that the kid is not blameless in this incident.
