June 25, 201115 yr The man shouldn't have shot at the kid BUT why was the kid out roaming the streets after 10 PM? Being a kid !! We used to play outside that late and not have to worry about getting shot by a guy with a shotgun especially around Halloween .

I did too (In the West End of Louisville I might add). Unfortunately that was then, this is now. I don't think the kid should have been shot but I still believe that the kid is not blameless in this incident.
