Eric Deters Owns A Football Team??

Really? Mark Eaton played 12 years in the NBA at 500. Kevin Duckworth played nearly that many years at that weight. And yes, their reported weights for their respective careers were disingenuous. Both were, incredibly enough, listed at below 300, even though rational folks knew better. Hell, Shaq was at 450 for the better part of his career.

.

What are you smoking while you're listening to your Foghat album? No way in heck Eaton weighed 500 or Shaq got to 450. Heck, Duckworth proves my point. He died at a young age from a heart issue.

A former BGP poster coached, and probably still does, the Stallions.

I believe he still does.

Clyde's right. The human body overall isn't made to handle that much weight long term. It is obvioulsy easier for someone on a 7'4" frame but it isn't healthy. And I have a hard time buying Eaton was 500lbs even at 7'4".

I goofed. It should have said...

I believe he still does.

According to their site, he still does. He and ukfan#1 would've made for some interesting threads.

More power to these players. My shoulders hurt just thinking about playing another game.
