The Most Interesting Man in the World

Featured Replies

I think these commercial are great. Talking about an old one...I really laughed at the Bud Light commercial that took off on the battling robot (I forget what they were called) shows on TV. There was a cage battle in progress, and the little robot that looked like a refrigerator opened up and offered a Bud Light to the big tough robot...soothing music was playing. When the bigger robot reached for the beer, the top opened up on the refrigerator robot and a big hammer came out and squashed the mean robot...it was very funny. This debuted during one of the superbowls.

"The Most Interesting Man In The World" is one of the most entertaining long term, year-round ad campaigns that comes to memory.

Red Stripe's "Hooraaaay Beer!" campaign was one I would have liked to see more of, and I'm a fan of the Miller High Life "delivery guy" ads too. The "Can switching to Geico really save you 15% or more on your car insurance?" was really funny at first, but it's kind of getting old (to me, at least). The Budweiser "Real American Hero" campaign had the same kind of effect - funny at first, but after you heard it once or twice, it kinda got old fast.

Although I never much cared for the Mastercard "Priceless" commercials, a lot of the spoofs online have been pretty hilarious over the years.

TOTALLY forgot to mention the Old Spice commercial campaign...

Love me some Dos Equis but I absolutely hate those stupid commercials. But, seems like they're working so I'll just ignore them and keep drinking a good quality beer in Dos Equis.
