That is done by your AD or coach. Now some times you will see only a partial schedule since as one team enters a game it goes to both teams schedules.

Several of them are already there. Some are partially complete. Usually the bulk of them are in by the end of the school year. But there are always a few stragglers who don't get finished until July.

It's weird. Sometimes the pull down menu has schedules for the next season and sometimes it doesn't. It all depends on when you click on it. For instance right now (3pm on Wednesday) it's not showing 2011 football. Keep clicking on this link and check the "select another scoreboard" pull-down menu and it will be there.
