Why Brossart? Not saying they aren't because I have heard they are really good but don't know much about them. Do they rely on pitching? defense? hitting? or are they solid at all spots? Are they mainly seniors?

 

I think some teams to look out for are Somerset, Danville, Brossart, Desales, Beechwood and Pikeville. For Somerset Danville and Brossart they are kind of in a bad situation because only 1 will make it to Whitaker Bank field.

thanks! I see where regions 10/12 winner plays the winner of the 13/15 winner.

Are these considered semi-state sectional rounds? A few years ago we played a best 2 out of 3 series in the All A State Sectionals, before advancing to the state tournament.

Also, just wondering who hosts the first round 10 or 12 and is it a 2/3 series?

 

Couldn't seem to locate info on rounds 1...

The winner of the 12th region plays at the 10th region this year. It is just 1 game with the winner then moving on to Whitaker Bank field to play the winner of the 13/15 winner.
