Maybe someone can give us who did or didn't play. Dunbar has won one out of the last 11 games before this game. They lost by 41 last time they played Tates Creek. This doesnt make any sense.

I first heard about it when listening to Louis Stout on the radio coming home from our ball game. Then I watched the highlights on Ch 27.

This may qualify as the upset of the year if Tates Creek had all their players.

To my knowledge both teams did. Louis Stout didn't mention any being out and I am sure if TC did he would have stated so.

 

He did state that the 11th was wide open. Henry Clay had Scott Co down by about 15 at one point and Scott Co came back and won by about 15.

The 11th Region is not for the faint of heart.

As much as I hate low scoring affairs it sounds like good coaching to me. If your opponent beat you by 41 in your previous contest you better find a different approach in the rematch. Does anyone know if it was a slowdown tactic? The last meeting was 79-38 Tates Creek.
