NKYThreeFer
What a crowd in Falmouth for this game! Mark Krebs made a speech to the crowd before the game, and was there to sell and sign copies of his book. There wasn't an open seat in the house. NKYThreeFer
Great to see Walsh have a breakout game, and Monroe was his usual self, getting to the rim with ease and making free throws. Pendleton took a 5-0 lead, following two pregame technical free throws up with a deep 3 by Walsh, and never looked back. They never trailed in this game. Pendleton takes on Cooper at home tomorrow night, then travel to Deming Tuesday night for a game between what looks like the two best teams in the 38th district. Protect Your Dream
True, it didn't help matters, but it wasn't the only difference in the game. When a team like Pendleton has only 7 team fouls for the game and goes 17 for 24 at the Free Throw line and Harrison Co. has only 3 attempts from the FT line (1 of 3). That is the major difference. Harrison only loses by 4??? Who is the better team?? I guess we'll find out at the end of February. Harrison Co. has been involved in several games like this all year long. Not sure what the deal is? HOOPDR
Hard to get to the free throw line when the majority of your possesions are three point attempts. Pulliam has a nice game for a freshman. He played well and kept the breds in it.
HOOPDR
[/b]That was the difference in the game it sounds like Hardly the difference there were 32 minutes of well played ball by both teams.
All In
Hardly the difference there were 32 minutes of well played ball by both teams. Just saying have two technical free throws and possesion awarded to you before the game even starts, then PC hits a three, makes the score 5-0 and PC wins the game by 4. Those things don't happen every game. This game was going to be real hard for HC to win, wasn't there someone that was honored before the game as well? HC is going to have to take care of business with PC when it matters most later on this year:ylsuper:
