GRC's Cory Rogers will be signing to play football to UT Martin. He had a offer I know from Eastern and UK showed some interest, but Cory has decided to play Tight End at UT-Martin.

Oops. Wrong Cory. I do know who Cory Rogers is from basketball and when he was at Fleming Co in middle school. Still a good kid. Have fun at UT-Martin.

Is he going to try duel sports, basketball and football? Do not get me wrong. I think he is a good football player, but I always thought he was better at basketball and this year he has proved it.

I am pretty sure that former Raceland asst. coach/offensive coordinator Gerad Parker is still an assistant coach at UT-Martin. Coach parker was the recievers coach at UTM..

Congrats to Corey...I coached him for 3 years in youth football and he is a fine young man.

His college plans is to be a Meteorologists. This also was a reason he choose UT Martin. They are supposed to have a great program.

Corey Rogers would be a great addition to the basketball team as well. I believe Golden Sunrise stated that his body is better fit for football, yes, but its a heck of a basketball body too and I think he showed that this year with his ability to play duel sports. Should be 10th Region Player of the Year in basketball.
