Conner just had a good win vs Cooper and is showing life. Boone continues to play solid basketball. Predictions/thoughts?

Can Conner win this game? Absolutely. Will they? I have my doubts. I just don't see Conner having an answer for Brown. Conner does not like physical play, and Brown is a beast. Hopefully, Conner has improved their zone offense, because that is all they are gonna see vs Boone. If they can knock down some 3's, Flesch continues to drive to the hoop, and they attack the basket collectively in transition they have a shot.

I hope he is back for his sake, but that seems kind of quick for a return from an injury such as his. Is that normal or is he healing like superman? I honestly do hope he is back and playing. He is a great person.

I heard he is still a few weeks away if at all. He either just got fitted for a brace or will be getting fitted for a brace within the next few days. I don't know the whole story, however, from what I am gathering, surgery is inevitable. I believe they said he cannot do anymore damage. Again, I get all this information second and third hand so I can't say with 100% certainty.

 

Fingers are crossed for the young man though!

From what I heard the doctors were very surprised by how quickly he was

able to run and jump in physical therapy. They said because of the plyometric workouts he had been doing for years his legs were so strong and it helped him to be able to come back faster.

Is there a freshman game as well?

Of course, we are only talking Varsity basketball here. Conner has won more than their fair share in other sports and different levels. It is my opinion that the pendulum will be swinging back to Conner in basketball soon. They have a group coming up that won over 90 games in middle school. In the end, I do believe the rivalry will stay strong for years to come. Looking forward to the Conner/Boone football opener in August. Great way to get the season started.
