Ryle 62 St. Henry 48

Featured Replies

Final from Union. Competitive from the start. Ryle's largest lead of the game was 15 points. Cheeseman and Jump led Ryle with 18 and 16 points. St. Henry was led by Janszen with 14 points.

Janszen is really quite an athlete. She can defend all 5 positions and is deceptivley quick. Ashley Cheeseman has really taken her game to the next level in the past month.

Was it close and Ryle blow it open in the end or did Ryle coast?

Ryle had a 9 or 10 point lead most of the game. Crittendon got 2 quick fouls with 4 minutes left in the 1st quarter so that limited her contributions. I believe St. Henry got it as close as 4 points in the second half and every time they would get close , Ryle would hit a couple of 3's.

Taking absolutely nothing away from St. Henry tonight but they did not get anything close to Ryle's best game. They were due for an off night, I'm just glad they came away with the win.

No one plays a perfect game.

A 9th Region AD has taken care of that, but regardless of the money it is great entertainment.
