At the end of the 3rd quarter Metcalfe had 3 total yards and 2 first downs (1 on a penalty). For an intent and purposes Mayfield should have scored at least three more times. Not to knock Metcalfe but there wasn't a pep in their step and their non-district schedule really showed! Hats off to the Cards whose 1st team "D" hasn't been scored on in five weeks!!!

Hey there Mayfield fans. If you guys are to beat B-town next week your boys are gonna have to get real physical and play some smash mouth football! THey are very fast but not very big! There passing is not much,its all about the run they get alot of extra yards by falling forward! If your guys are to win they have to take charge right out of the gate! Danville played B-towns game and got worn down! Good luck cards hope to see you guys next year in Danville!
