They ran for over 200 yards and Ball had 130+ of those. The issue was the offense bogging down a few times in the red zone and kicking field goals instead of scoring touchdowns, IMO.

 

I think the issue became play calling when those drives bogged down. Wisconsin would have been fine if they kept running the ball in between the tackles. They were dominating there. It was when they decided to run outside of the tackles that hurt them most because like someone already said, TCU was quicker to the outside.
