What are you asking for/getting for Christmas?

Featured Replies

With the big holiday now less than a week away, I'm sure we all have a wish list. I've already gotten mine, a 32" LCD HDTV. What about you? What did you ask for?

At the top of my wish list is an AUX hookup on my car, so that I can play my iPod through the car's speakers. The iTrip & whatever else I've had haven't worked well. Far too much static.

Do you have a tape player in your car, or just a CD player?

Just a CD player.

Does it have an AUX input on the front of it?

An Official Red Ryder Carbine-Action Two-Hundred-Shot Range Model Air Rifle. But I'll probably end up getting a football

It has the "CD / AUX" label, but I did not get the AUX input when I purchased the car. I've talked to a guy, and I think it'd be about $200. Well worth it, if Santa is buying. :D

So I'm guessing it's just a factory head unit then?

So, we did Christmas with my dad's side of the family today, and for the gift exchange we did that whole white elephant/dirty santa thing. Out of 22 gifts available, 16 were booze or booze-related, which is fitting for my family.

I, on the other hand, got tired of trading bottles around and decided to take one for the team and draw a fresh gift after having mine taken away several times. I end up with ... Shake Weight. Naturally, nobody wanted to swipe it away from me. :ohbrother:

Yes.

Ah... Well for $200 I'd say just get an after-market head unit. Especially if it's from Santa. :D

I'll give a $20 bill if you dress up as Santa and go stand with the Shake Weight in front of Wal-Mart and tell people it's your silent bell as you're using it.

It would cost you that and then some, plus a bar tab to get me in the right frame of mind to suffer that sort of indignity.
