Scott County 58, Trinity 51: The No. 6 Cardinals (1-1) got 18 points each from Isaiah Ivey and Tamron Manning in the road win over the No. 12 Shamrocks (1-1). Troy Saxton led Trinity with 15 points.

Neither team played very well IMO. Very sloppy game! I think T had about 25 TO and I bet SC had 15-20.

Ivey and Manning picked it up in the 2nd half to pull out the win. Trinity struggled to find a consistent scorer as Duodonne and Foster had off nights. Quick will be a nice addition to the offense for T.

This SC team has a long way to go to match last year's squads accomplishments.

I saw the second half on TV. Thought T's guard play was quite erratic. SC's double-teams gave them fits.

Agree

They'll have to improve on that to survive Ballard's pressure.
