Bengals' Andre Smith Injured and Done For Season

Featured Replies

Point is, the Gals are horrible with the draft. Yeah they hit a good one once and a while. But now they even have the fan base bungleized. The mentality that a 1st round pick should just be OK and maybe coming along in his secon season is ludicrous. Guess thats why this pathetic org. has that impressive sellout string at PBS...

The last pro bowler the Bengals drafted was Palmer. The two corners are very good draft picks, but I agree that people grossly overrate the Bengals draft picks. If we exclude Palmer they've had two picks since 01 that I'd say are good players. Everyone else is between ok and terrible. It's why I stick up for Plamer so much. It's hard to be good when you never get young help that's anything more than ok. The line help since he's been here hasn been a lot worse than ok after taking Steinbach.

Also CCC mentioned it earlier, but I feel bad for Palmer's safety today if they get down. The edge rushers for the Colts will tee off on him.
