I was just looking and it seemed a lot of the same teams are in the finals every year, so I threw together the records of the top four teams by region over the last 3 and 5 years. Belfry gets the nod (Plus two State titles)

No Doubt. I guess when I mentioned the other three, I was zeroed in on the last five years. 4 losses in the last three years is incredible.

The only reason I wouldn't put Fort Campbell in the top three is because they have not won the region championship in that period. That record is quite impressive though.
