Purplepride92 if you are talking about the transfer from Florida getting eligible then I don't think that's gonna happen. Is he living with a legal guardian? I didn't think so.....

 

I was told today that he is now eligible and reportedly will play football tonight for the Rebels. Still no word if he is playing basketball.

No. Well, maybe temporarily. I'd say things will begin picking up in a week or so after everyone gets a scrimmage or two in.

 

I am looking forward to seeing how my Rebels handle the loss of Jacob Bodner. It is a huge loss but they are now playing with even more of next year's team this year. They should gain tremendous experience and I still believe that they will make a good run at the District Title.

Still can't confirm it. I will add that I think there will be a change of heart and that it may be nothing in the end. As soon as I can confirm one way or the other, I will explain the whole story.

 

No. West Jessamine will not 3 peat. Mercer and East Jessamine will both be better than West.

I believe the plan is for Bodner to get healed and then play summer baseball.

So little love for my West boys!(JK) No doubt they lost a lot, but I think they will be more solid than a lot of folks think. Not a lot of varsity experience, but they have practiced the last two years every day against the starters of the 12th region champions.

I understand it is hard to argue against East and Mercer, and as you alluded to earlier, the next month or so will answer a lot of questions.

I for one, cannot wait!

I cannot believe no one has mentioned Rob Lewis, the center from Southwestern. He changes the game for the Warriors, and was named one of the top 30 players in Kentucky by the Courier-Journal. Teams game plan for him more than anybody. He is one of the top 10 players in the region!

Hey...the players, as do the teams, prove it on the court. This top ten stuff is just for preseason amusement. I think WJ is underrated, but this is what makes November so much fun.
