Conner is going to have a LONG year in 6A. They had trouble running the ball against a Lloyd team that is down in numbers and typically struggles against the run. 9-0 at the half and the lone TD came on a deflected pass. Juggs just wore out in the 2nd half. Conner has a decent passing game, but without the run....... it gonna be a tough year....

 

Honestly, did you see this game in person? The only team that beat Conner in the 1st half was Conner. They dominated Lloyd and due to lack of focus, they squandered several opportunities that would have easily made the score 30-0 at the half. Conner fumbled their first drive away on Lloyd's 3 yd. line, they got it down to Lloyd's 5 again and got stopped due to some stupid penalties, and then Muldering dropped a wide open TD pass. Not sure what game you were watching if you saw it. This game was NEVER in doubt.

Thats just football, mistakes are going to be made! Lloyd had just as many if not more. Lloyd just got wore down. Good luck to both!
