A friend of mine who lives in Waco area (doesn't have any ties to any University or Media outlet) says that the Governor and some state senators in Texas has made a call to Texas tell them Baylor has to go to the Pac-16 if they go.

 

If there is any truth to this rumor, then that is why Colorado jumped today. Because he says Colorado was going to be left out.
