Brossart beat Scott 6-5 in the semi-finals round of the 37th District tournament.

 

The victory qualifies the team for its first 10th Region Tournament appearance in 3 years.

 

Travis Norton pitched 4-1/3 innings to earn the win. David Greis pitched 1-2/3 innings of relief before Ian Hehman pitched the 7th to record his 4th save. Jake Ollier led the Mustang hitters with 2 hits and 2 RBI. Dylan Embs added 2 RBI and Tanner Norton had a double.

 

Brossart and Campbell County will play for the district championship on Thursday evening at 5:30pm at Morscher Field in Silver Grove.
