I think the Jackets played a great game, Corbin is a very good team, Madison Johnson and Isaac Wilson are great players, no disrespect to the Redhounds, but the refs where absolutely horrible, not saying that W'burg would have won the game, but my gosh call it fair

Williamsburg fought hard. Corbin does have a very good team.

 

Officials in the 13th are just not educated or trained as well. I know its not an easy job, but we are talking about kids here, they need to try a little harder to get it right.

Corbin is the best team in the region, Williamsburg has nothing to be ashamed of...Congrats to the Jacket coaches and players, this team sure came a long way this year....

The "get it right" would be call it the same way on both ends of the court. Corbin was the better team, therefore they do not need the extra help that some officials seem to always want to give them.

I heard Coach P. say that he thought that Williamsburg was improving on a daily basis, which tells me that the coaching staff at Williamsburg did a very good job with their team this year. :thumb:

 

Congrats to the Yellow Jackets on a successful season. I expect the 50th district to get very interesting the next few years as Whitley and Williamsburg both continue their improvement and Corbin and South Laurel come back to the pack a little.

South won't backpeddle much:laugh:, except for next year, they have one of the best freshmen groups in the region and they also have some solid middle school groups, too.:thumb:
