This is an upset isn't it?

Anyone see this coming?

Only an upset because Stidham didn't play for Buckhorn. The other kids stepped up big for them. Colwell was the man tonight, if he can play like that the rest of the year and if they can get everyone back to full strength, they will be tough to deal with in the tourney. I believe the 54th district draw is next Thursday, will be tough to see who plays who.

Yea kind of a upset to me. I think Hazard will be ready come tourney time though. Regular season doesn't mean to much to Hazard. Just the way it always has been.

Great win for Coach Noble and Buckhorn. Hazard IMO after watching them play several games in the last two weeks have seemed to have lost the team chemistry they had earlier in the season. Whitaker is as good as point guard in East Ky. but there seems to be some indecision and leadership problems at times with Whitaker and Back about whom should be the leader out on the floor. Both are good players and I am sure Coach Al Holland will have his team ready for Tournament time.

The two teams went overtime in the 14th Region "A" Finals.

Buckhorn has played Hazard and PCC close all year but was unable to get over the hump. This is a good win for them and Coach Noble. The 54th district will be a boxing match this season.
