Holmes 64 Pendleton County 53

Featured Replies

I know why Pittman did not play, why didn't Avery play?

Meechie has a foot injury that is not 100% until it heals he will not be playing.

So Holmes plays without Pittman and Avery....and R. Johnson site practically the whole second half and they still win by 11?

Nice job by the bench to step in and contribute. From looking at the box score in today's enquirer, it looks like Henley got a lot of kids playing time. That will be important late in the season.

BTW, it's good to see both Rice and Slusher step up with 12 and 11 points. Rice has been a nice surprise early in the season and has played well in the two games that Pittman has sat out.

JJ has played very well lately and it looks like he had another big game, leading the Dogs with 16 points.

From the enquirer:

Pendleton: 10-11-11-21--53

Holmes: 16-12-13-23--64

Pendleton Co (5-6)- Greene 5 5 15, Cooper 4 2 11, Monroe 3 4 11, Fennell 3 2 9, Jones 1 0 3, Walsh 1 0 2, Crozier 1 0 2, Totals: 18 13 53.

Holmes (6-3)- J. Johnson 4 7 16, Rice 3 4 12, Slusher 4 3 11, R. Johnson 3 0 8, Hayes 3 1 7, Mayfield 1 2 4, McClendon 1 0 3, Herndon 1 1 3, Totals: 20 18 64.

3 pointers: P 4 (Cooper, Monroe, Fennell, Jones); H 6 (R. Johnson 2, Rice 2, McClendon, J. Johnson)
