Southern was led in scoring by Ponder with 18. Elliott was led by Knipp with 36. Southern goes on to play Model in tonight's championship game.

Sorry I started a thread also! I didn't see yours, Mods can you remove mine. Elliott's young team seemed like they was dominated the whole game , must have been a sleep today. Hats off to Southern, seemed liked they had some really good players. Elliott plays in the third place game at 6:00. I think Knipp had a lot of shots tonight again but his average is going to be ridiculous, but does that really help your team out?

Looks like Southern is for real this season.

Elliott County is going to have to find some offense other than Timmy Knipp. He had an awesome game, but by the end you could tell he was spent. He simply had no legs under him. Elliott County could be the biggest dropoff in talent I have seen from one year to the next.
